Well good luck with the NDE, minute cracking is hard to see on a radiograph unless you have really really good quality. Even then it might not show up unless the heads are warm and the aluminum is expanded. I'm sure they know this though.

Depending on what/where they are suspect of cracking, perhaps a shearwave UT scan might work for you. This will find stuff that may not show up on a radiograph.

haha I was just informed that they have several different X-Ray they use. Gamma is the one they will use for quick viewing. If that show's nothing, they will use another method.

You are ignorant if you think every blown motor is due to poor tuning. I blew the motor in my 05 stang because I got greedy with the boost controller. My bad, I found out how much power a set of powdered rods was good for.

Omar knows his shit, he's not just a critic. And as far as Motiva goes, they blew up a stock lightning AND a stock viper. How do you manage that? I'm sure I can come up with some more Motiva horror stories for you if you'd like.
