Last month I traded in the 2010 for a 2014 5.0 base. It still has the paper tag on it lol. Currently the only mods are my 20x8.5/20x10 AMR's, a set of GT500 rears with Mickey Thompson ET streets, and I replaced the factory cardboard 5x7's with Alpine Type S's.
Next on the list is installing Eibach Sportlines with panhard rod and LCA's. Gotta hook and look right before I get to work under the hood, the 4x4 status has to go asap :barf:
On the street when they are cold it's a smoke show lol. After they warm up a bit they're not bad at all, the track got rained out Friday so I've yet to give them a proper burnout and see how much time they shave off.
MGW shifter kit finally came in today. It won't be as simple an install as a regular short shift kit because this replaces the entire lower assembly to clean up as much slop as possible. Anyone install one of these before and feels charitable? (beers upon request) lol
Damn you lucked out, mine took forever. Can't really help with the install because this is how I did it. I can say removing the DS should make life a bit easier. Goodluck
No lol I sent it to get strengthened after few warrantied trannies/rebuilds from ford kept breaking. Shifter came in right before the trans arrived and voila. White shiftball ftw
