Just going off of what you posted. You have DR's on the car. The car is loud. Once you mash the gas to reel someone in, that was all the cop needed. He likely pulled you over and not her because that was his plan from the time you two left sonic. Bullshit? Yeah, it is, but also the risk you take punching it on monty.
I was getting at the fact that you drove like an idiot and the cop popped you for it. Why did you have to punch it? Oh yeah, you didn't have to. why not wait till you can get next to them or find them later. I'm sure it wasn't so important that you had to punch it on Monty to talk to them right away. You act like he singled you out. I say he was just doing his job of busting annoying ass drivers on Monty on the weekend nights. I say good for him.
