Man this is an amazing build! All the custom work done by yourself? that's very impressive. cant wait to see updates on the new set up.
Yes I have done everything myself except the transmission and bending the cage. Thanks for the compliments. It takes a lot of money in tools to do stuff like this lol. Just wait this is only the beginning. More cool shit to come

So I needed to modify the C.O.P. covers so that my spark plug wires could come out the route I wanted them to. First I took some measurements of where the cuts needed to be placed. Then I taped up the cover to protect it since its already been painted. I marked where each cut needed to be. First I used a method used in aviation called chain drilling where you drill very close holes to each other so that you can break or punch out the material rather than cut it all. Oh and dont make fun of the pink towel its all I had.
Next I used my dremel tool to do the side cuts. I have the extension on my dremel which is nice cause it makes the head thinner and easier to get into tight areas like this. I used the small cutoff wheels.
Now you can break off the chunks of metal, smooth out and final shape the cut. I used my little rotary file for the dremel and ground out the hole till it was smooth.
What the holes look like smoothed out from the other side.
Here is what they look like now with the spark wires coming out of the covers. I think they came out just how I wanted them.

A stock bottom 4v can take just about everything that 4202 can throw at it, no? Seems like you made the right choice, versus building the 2v.
I assume you'll have to build a new crossover, ic plumbing, downpipe, etc?
A stock 03-04 bottom end could handle it, no other years of cobra motor could. Well it was cheaper to make power with the 4v. Especially considering I got all the parts for free. Luckily the ford engineers did a good job and made the exhaust manifolds hook up in the same area in space on all the v8 cars. So very little if any modifications will have to be made to the turbo system, I only had to make a new upper ic pipe(pics to come. Everything has been mocked up and test fitted already and it all should be ready to slap on once the motor is done.
