It may need one more washer I'm off by maybe 1 or 2mm I hit it with a level..They other issue is with the abs I found out what it is Andrew M10x1.0. Ill fix that wed and drive it home. I need to figure out if that 1 or 2mm will mess me up.. Any thoughts on that gents? I want to get everything wrapped up this week and dyno next week. Granted I will hopefully have another smalley pulley/belt on standby if that 4.5 isn't sufficient.(Start high for safety) I'm pretty determined to hit high 500's..

That hole was for a meth kit res I had but I sold it. Matt had to drill a new hole. Room is tight with that fmic. So it will just sit like that for now. Almost their!!!

I'm 99% I found my belt chewing issue...

I think I found my problem what do you guys think?

I have to pull the rack again

All the pulleys line up with each other until you get to the balancer...The balancer looks like its recessed into the block to far. The only thing I changed was the balancer and the power steering pulley. I used a powerbond and followed the manual minus measuring it from the block.... The stocker has a stopping I figured the power bond would be the same never heard of this issue

I believe this is why it's pulling the belt past the water pump...Fuck yeah

I think that says pbh117..I googled that and nothing came up..

No, If you look at the pic above this one you will see how it's off a few mm shorter than the stocker . But A&A Corvette and people on the vette forum say the recent pic is how you measure them and they do line up together so it's not th ebalancer. Still boggles me that the power steering and alternator are off. I'm going to put the stocker on and remeasure then hit it with a laser then try it with the powerbond.

I think you had it right the first time you measured it. The part on the back of the balancer is what is gonna bottom out against the crank and keep the balancer from going on any further.

That's what Troy and I said but Josh at A&A and othesr say it doesn't matter as long as the ribs match up when stood up like above. That you measure flat like that not on hub..Doesn't make sense to me..Especially that it's also falling short on the ps and alternator side. I got the stock balancer I'll press it on tonight or tommorow and see whats really going on. I may need to borrow that pin jig again if I go with a stock balance please.
