I picked up an HX50 a few weeks ago just because it was dirt cheap. After a little research it seems it is too big for my cummins to run as a single and too small to run for twins. Probably too small for my small block 400.... Anyone know of someone running one of these on something? I need to build something that is actually fast for once.

so its too big to be a single setup, but somehow too small for twins?

i know this was from a month ago, but if you want any Holeset turbo information, the "Bible" for them is on dsmtuners.com, that's where everyone goes to read up information about any of those turbos. This thread is 1 of 8 I believe. Be prepared to read..
^I was gonna say, I know the HX40s on rotaries are good for roughly 450, which means they flow enough air for a piston motor to make roughly 650. The HX50s gotta be capable of 700+ at the very least, but are just fine for 500.
Dont tell him shit like that though cause he'll do it!! and he'll want to put it on the back of my car or something JONVON style!!!...and we probably would hahaa
