Yes stock internals are good for about 8-10 psi, I ran nitrous on my old rt on a 175 shot for over two years on a stock short block

It's all about the toon....

What mods do you have? If the motor is stock, don't bother...It's a truck motor, same motor as in my 98 Ram. The pistons will be the weak part.

You'll at least need a 4bbl M1 intake, which has been discontinued, and a 58 TB, and someway to tune it. You'll have you hook up with a SCT tooner and send your data logs to said tooner, that's why I went carbed, no one in NM tunes a Chrysler JTEC PCM (POS) with an SCT, it's faster with the carb anyway.
Flyin Ryan would be your best bet...Check out the Dakota R/T forum...Bunch of slow forced induction trucks over there to get ideas from.
You local?

Damn Dakota R/T owners.

It's a slow ass truck with the same POS truck motor my Ram has in it. A low RPM cattle hauler.

Now my Dakota R/T.....
